针对我班学生英语学习成绩，我从学生实际出发，遵循教学规律，在教学实践中，我想方设法帮助学生掌握有效的学习方法，以激发和保持学习动力，培养良好的学习习惯，把优化课堂教学当成落实素质教育的主渠道，尽最大可能为学生创造运用英语的景，指导学生积极地运用语言，在学中用，在用中学。作为本单元的教学反思，我想谈谈自己在教学过程中比较满意的地方，以及自己的教学不足。
第一单元的教学目标是让学生掌握谈论疾病的单词，并能针对疾病给出适当建议的句型。本单元也与我们的健康生活有关，所以在本单元的在第一课时的教学过程，我以what is a healthy lifestyle ?设问，创设情境，同时，我借助于多媒体教学手段进行教学，充分发挥了多媒体集声音、图像为一体的优势,激发了学生的学习兴趣,活跃了课堂气氛,有一定的教学效果。根据课文选择的开放性话题A: What’s the matter ?
