This plug set is used when AIS (Air Induction System), which is a device for purifying exhaust emissions, is removed. • Parts List

1. Remove the hose and accompanying air-cut valve assembly from the cylinder head cover. 2. Remove the cap from the hose and take out the reed valve and plate from inside.

3. Install the plate (5SL-1482L-70) in place of the cap. Be sure to apply liquid gasket to the plate.

4. Remove the cylinder head cover, then the four collars fitted in the head cover, and install the PIN

(93608-16M16). 5. After removing the hose that was connected from the air-cut valve assembly to the air filter case, push in the plug (90338-08026) on the air filter side to clog up.

去年赛车进气系统传感器参数 发动机的进气系统是一个很重要的部分，因此我们对进气系统进行了相关实验，采集了不同节气门开度情况下的节气门传感器输出电压，歧气管真空压力。我们还检测了其他传感器。

调节节气门位置传感器得到的空转下的相关数据。

从表上很容易看出真空压力随节气门开度变大而不断下降，转速不断上升。

下面这个实验我们想通过调节节气门限位螺钉，使转速进一步下降，得到相关参数如下。

在进行上面的试验时，我们微调限位螺钉过程中，转速和真空压力都在相应地下降，但是到达3700转时，

发动机突然就停止了，初步判断是由于节气门形状原因，进气突然变小。
