、合理安排时间和精力。在学习中，如果纠缠于个别难题，浪费大量时间，本来能够解决的其他问题没有时间解决，在精力运用上是很不合理的。最好的办法是先解决可以解决的问题，把“百思不得其解”的问题放一放，将可以解决的问题解决以后再去解决。实际上，这也是考试的策略。

哈佛强调人文科学与自然科学并重，它主张一个在未来社会具有发展潜力和竞争力的学生必须具有宽广的知识面。于是它打破了传统的学科界限，建立了开放的课程体系。

哈佛不强调分数，不提倡死读书、读死书，提倡无压力状态的学习方法。哈佛的学生学得自由开放。本科生在规定的3年内取得相应学分，即可毕业。每周的课程由自己安排相应的时间学完，若上午或下午打工，则可晚上学；下午有事，可上午学。教师准时赶到规定的地方讲课，学生可以是三五十人，也可能是三五人，同修一个专业，但并不同一时间上课。学生的课程安排有自己充分的自由度，而且所学专业要求涉及的知识面很广。

要成为知识面宽广的杂家，我们不妨尝试以下做法：

1、扩大阅读量。假如喜欢生动、活泼的内容，我们可以多看童话、寓言、卡通等书；喜欢情节曲折、丰富的故事，可以多看历史故事、民间故事等；热爱文质兼美、富有情趣的内容，我们就可以看科普、名篇佳作等精美典范的读物。为了激发自主探索的兴趣，我们还可以与同学组织一些活动，如古诗背诵比赛、词语大连串、课外知识大赛等。

2、借助多媒体。比如，看新闻联播，收集国内外近期重要新闻，与同学举办“新闻发布会”等。观看意境优美的《电视散文》、深含哲理的《正大综艺》、形象生动的《开心辞典》，在网络上浏览知识等，都是不错的选择。

3、知行结合。在节假日，我们可以通过外出旅游、逛博物馆等丰富自己的见闻。

哈佛有个心理学家研究发现：学习的时候只有把各种干扰因素置之度外，一门心思的学习才

能提高学习的效率。那学习的时候如何培养自己专注的习惯呢呢？我们要从以下几个方面做起：

1、作好课前预习。

预习是听课前的准备，当我们预习的时候，就会发现哪些地方自己搞不懂，就会在听课前有一个明确的目的，有一个思想准备，使得听课时有所侧重。当教师讲自己不懂的东西时，注意力可以高度集中。

2、作好课堂笔记。

课堂上记笔记是听课时集中注意力的最有效的办法。记笔记时不仅耳朵要听，手要记，眼要看，脑袋还要想，这就使得我们的各种器官都处于一个比较紧张的状态之中，不容易分心，可以有效的集中注意力。当然，记笔记不是简单的把老师的话全记下来，而是要学会在教材上圈圈画画，学会做批注说明，学会抓住教师讲课的重点记录，这不仅有利于今后的复习，也有利于集中精力听课。

3、敢于质疑老师。
