关于调整规范青海省高考加分项目和分值的通知

各市(州)、各考区招生委员会、教育局，在青招生院校：

为贯彻《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》(国发〔2014〕35号)和《教育部 国家民委 公安部 国家体育总局 中国科学技术协会关于进一步减少和规范高考加分项目和分值的意见》(教学〔2014〕17号)精神，经省政府同意，并报教育部备案(教学函〔2015〕 13号)，现将我省调整规范高考加分项目和分值的有关事项通知如下：

一、逐步取消的加分项目

(一)公安系统因公牺牲人民警察子女选报省内院校增加10分的项目，自2016年起，每年递减2分，2020年取消该加分项目。

(二)农牧民独生子女选报省内院校增加10分的项目，自2016年起，每年递减2分，2020年取消该加分项目。

二、继续保留的加分项目及其适用范围

(一)保留2项地方性加分项目

1.对连续在牧区(六州)工作15年以上、现仍在牧区工作的汉族干部职工子女和世居牧区的汉族群众子女，其户口在当地、从小学到高中全过程与当 地少数民族学生接受同等教育条件者，增加10分投档。其中，在玉树州、果洛州从初中一年级起至高中毕业一直在当地就读，父母在当地工作10年以上、现仍在 当地工作的汉族干部职工子女，增加20分。此项加分适用省内外所有高校。

2.对玉树州、果洛州、黄南州“民考汉”考生，小学、初中、高中全过程一直在当地就读、与当地的汉族学生接受了同类教育、参加了同类试题的高考，选报省内院校的，在享受原照顾加分条件的基础上，增加10分投档。

(二)保留5项国家加分项目

1.烈士子女，增加20分投档。

2.归侨、归侨子女、华侨子女、台湾省籍考生，增加10分投档。【青海省2016高考英语口试成绩】

3.自谋职业的退役士兵，增加10分投档。

4.在服役期间荣立二等功以上或被大军区以上单位授予荣誉称号的退役军人，增加20分投档。

5.少数民族考生在向省内外院校投档时，增加20分。其中在向全国省属院校投档时，再给六州少数民族考生增加15分，累计为35分。

以上加分项目及分值，如同一考生符合多项加分条件的，除特殊规定外，只取其中幅度最大的一项分值，不累加。

三、工作要求

各级政府和有关部门、学校要认真贯彻省招委《关于认真做好普通高校招生考试资格审查工作的通知》(青教招委〔2008〕48号)要求，坚持“谁 主管、谁审核、谁负责”的原则，将调整规范高考加分工作纳入教育考试安全管理目标责任书，进一步落实政府责任和部门职责，完善工作机制，强化监督管理，严 防和依法惩处高考加分资格造假，维护正常的招生秩序。
